Biography of Dr. Evelyn Roberts:

Dr. Evelyn Roberts is a sought-after educational, business and career consultant. For over 30 years, she has used her unique expertise to offer training and career coaching services to young adults from different cultural backgrounds in West African countries, United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, and the United States of America.

Dr. Evelyn Roberts, graduated with a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cape Coast. She was then awarded a scholarship from the University of Cincinnati, USA, for overseas training, where she earned her doctorate in Urban Educational Leadership in 2003. Since then, she has provided leadership through serving in different capacities as a college professor, Executive Director of a non-profit, and business consulting services to federal and private companies in the United States.

Currently, she is the founder and president of Transcontinental Educational Foundation Inc., a vibrant organization, committed to educating adults and children, eradicating illiteracy in third world countries and empowering each individual for social and economic transformation.

Dr. Roberts is very passionate about the continuous improvement of education, and engages in critical action research and inquiry. Her primary research interests, are in the areas of leadership development, urban school reform; instructional technology, and community advocacy. She has written and presented numerous scholarly papers at international, national, regional and local conferences.

She is a best-selling author and have published four books: Womanhood: Blessing or Curse?; Navigating the Four-Dimensional Space of Higher Education; How To be wired for Career Success; Faith Warrior and numerous scholarly papers.

Among her numerous academic awards and honors, Dr. Roberts, is the recipient of University of Cincinnati College of Education, 2003 Lorraine Hendrickson Scholar for Urban Education.
